Made in a full-bodied, dry style with fresh, unoaked fruit and a crisp texture. This wine is an excellent partner for salmon, chicken or pork.

 

Grüner Veltliner  |  Broadbent  | 12.30% |  Niederösterreich, Austria

A perfumed nose, with focused green apple and ripe lime components.  This wine leads with citrus I green apple fruit with subtle pepper notes on the finish.  Well-structured, with bright acidity and a lively finish.

 

Riesling  |  Clean Slate  | 10.50%  | Mosel, Germany

Ripe peach flavors balance lively acidity, with hints of lime and characteristic minerality.  Pairs beautifully with spicy cuisines, Asian, Tex-Mex, Indian, and sushi.

 

Gewurztraminer  |  Villa Wolf  |  11.50%  |  Pfalz, Germany

Clean and fruity with a juicy texture and a delightfully delicate aroma of spice and fresh roses. Very refreshing without being overly sweet.  A perfect accompaniment to spicy Asian cuisine.

 

ROSE

 

Sparkling Rose  |  Huber Hugo  |  11.50%  |  Niederösterreich, Austria

Hugo is a blend of Zweigelt and Pinot Noir. Delicate but fresh and very lively.  Fruity and spicy with hints of cherry, wild strawberry, and citrus.  The palate is delicate, with a slight creamy texture and zesty finish.

 

 

RED

 

Red Blend  |  Heinrich Burgenland  |  12.50%  |  Neusiedlersee, Austria

A blend of Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, and St. Laurent, working in harmony to create a highlyapproachable wine.  Purplish colour,  lead to aromas of cherry with floral and spice characters.  Lots a black and red cherry notes on the palate, with a refreshing acidity and round tannins.

 

Dornfelder  | Heinz Eifel Shine  |  9.50%  |  Rheinhessen, Germany

A ripe and fruity nose, leads to a palate full of ripe red berry fruit with some plummy notes.   Full bodied and balanced, it has a nice finish with a bit of sweetness.
